Be patient, guys. It's Saturday night - support will be in Monday morning and can give you a hand. The same thing happened to me, they issued me a new serial number in a matter of a couple of hours after I spoke to them about the issue, and I was sitting pretty.Be patient. It's worth it.
I have a ton of faith in stardock, the issue will probably be resolved fairly fast too.
