When will Israel Strike?

Iran's President, Mahmoud Ahmadinutjob, has once again made a threat against Israel, implying "the occupiers' days are numbered". In the same speech he also claimed Iran will not stop its nuclear development.

I believe it's only a matter of time before Israel strikes Iran, hopefully with the help of the U.S. Unfortunately, if someone like Barak Hussein Obama is elected, he will obviously want to "sit down" and have a chat with Adhmadinutjob.

Diplomacy is always an option...I wouldn't blame him for at least trying. It probably won't work, but hey, avoiding war is always worth a shot. Especially since we're stretched a little thin right now. How many countries do we have to go to war with at once?

I'm not saying that diplomacy isn't an option. But I am wondering where you get the "always" from.

Interesting theory. Israel has a huge military machine in proportion to the size of the country. However, I doubt they'll strike at Iran on their own . If Iran should strike at Israel (remember, the Iranians like to threaten but their threats are usually full of wind), there could be a huge crisis---doubt it'll happen. Ahmedinajad talks war/oil sanctions all the time but he isa very weak leader.

Is this the nuclear program that the INtelligence community says they abondoned 4 years ago?  And that we no longer need to worry about?

It always is, it could be a bad option but it always exists unless one leader or another refuses it. Then it's ass kicking time.

Not even calling the shots - just a mouthpiece.
