G.G. Has come to belive that there is no real way to perform espionage on those pesky minor races. Is there something I am missing?
Also I would like to express my openion once again on Kings & Queens. If you work your way up the social ladder you gain , respect,prestiege,humble lesser races who deal with you on modifed terms in your favor. This leading to bc's and influnce. Then you can race into the higher techs, while you have the influnce to deal with the other races-AKA keep them off your back.
