See, there's a difference between you and me, Col. I've LOVED on paltry wages. I am FAR MORE of an authority in this area than you will EVER be! I've WORKED in homeless shelters. I TALK to the homeless, I don't just drive by them in my car with the windows rolled up, saying "someone ought to do something".

Your entire purpose here is to sell your books, Col. Not to make any kind of real, meaningful change. To sell books. I am selling nothing. Only relating a lifetime of experience and study. If you're going to be a capitalist pig, Col, at least be honest about it!

the difference is that before world war 2 we didn't have an income tax except maybe during the civil war. i am not sure on that one.

the more money the government has the more they spend.

Any who deny the condition of our infrastructure are IDIOTS that deserve no attention. The Civil Engineers have concluded what I have said is true. 70,000 Bridges, 3,500 dams and the condition of our water systems is D-. Sewer systems are over 100m years old and the electric grids have failed. How people can ignore the most basic facts is astounding. Just keep kidding yourselves. That will NOT change the consequences as these systems fail.

I can see with people like are on this Blog site how we elected the useless idiot that is that occupies the White House. You and those that support him deserve one other. GOD help our country!

He has caused another 26,000 injuries and spent 1 Trillion Dollars on an unneeded and unjust war. He has placed our troops in a no win situation in the middle of a Civil War. He has failed to meet ANY of the challenges that face this country and is an arrogant ill-informed perm Dona that got to where is his because of the influence of his family and idiots like you.

Col, this has nothing to do with who we do or don't support. You accuse so many people of changing the subject or avoiding topic but you dance around the same bush (pun intended). People can't even have intelligent conversations with you because you behave in a manner that only you can be right. There is little to no bend with you. You say we are sad because we support Bush (implying as if we are lemmings). We might as well be talking to a wall as a result.

And you come across so very mature telling others that they spew dribble and other name calling rhetoric.

And just "what" in he** does this have to do with a "supposedly" crumbling infrastructure?

Again I call BS! the infrastructure was crumbing for a lot more years than the 7 years GW has been in office. Care to coment further

This quite simply is a disgrace, you should be ashamed of yourself Abel. I am staggerd that any ex officer - even though it was only four years in the regular Army - can lower themselves to the gutter with conduct that is beyond contempt. To then put to shame the excellent people currently serving in the Reserve Forces, just about tops it all.

You maybe beyond Military Discipline now, but you are not beyond the Contempt of your Peers in the Services - People who still know how to conduct themselves as members of the Human Race, and not live in the Gutter.

I dont intend to play ping-pong with comments, the facts speak for themselves. You've disgraced yourself enough in Public, and your credibility has disappeared amongst the Vitriol you are handing out to those who dare disagree. An Officer? No, you know perfectly well that conduct is wholey unacceptable - and with that fact you lost the right to be called an Officer, or even an ex Officer.

Fill your boots in response, because it will be the only direct opportunity you get. The facts speak for themselves, there will be no further responses from me, so help yourself. I hope one day you remember the standards you signed up to at one time, but I am not holding my breath.
