Bill Richardson Joins the race

Finaly a Democrat I may support.

N.M. Governor Enters White House Race WWW Link

As I have seen one screaming Democrat after another join the race, I finally see a good one in Bill Richardson.

But the question is if the Screamer's of the Democratic base (and money bags Mr. Moveon.org Dean) are willing to listen someone that can think reasonably for a change. I would be glad to see him make it to the finals. The one good thing he has for him is that Nevada now holds their primaries third in the nation. I think he will grab that primary early.

Could not help but notice the order of the posts. Bill Richardson joins, and then Just a Joke!   

I wish him well. He is one I can vote for - if he does not go off the deep end in the primaries.

You're going to vote Dem in the primaries Doc? I don't believe he has any intention of winning. Richardson is a pal of the Clintons. Expect him to shift hard against Obama to split his vote clearing a path for Hillary.

True statement.

He's an all right guy, and I used to live in his state, after all. So I had to deal with him as my governor. Could I vote for him? Yup. Will he even try? Nope. This is just a smokescreen to help ol' Hillary out.

No, I never vote in primaries since I am independant. I said I can vote for him, not that I would. And I know he is a clintonista. But I think one of the more reputable and least stained ones (after all - he was not indicted - which is hard for most of the rest to claim).
