The title is Aces of Suburbia. It's a vehicular combat game using RC planes. ( this one is meant for the consoles, but Twisted Metal 2 was ported over to the PC in' 95).
You would have a selection of crazy cartoon planes like a flying nose whose speacial weapon is an acid loogey,   and fully destructable arenas (so yes, you can fire a missile a a swing set and send the poor kids in it flying). It would be a sport, and when you won the tournament, you would see an interview and a hightlight reel. So, what do you think?
